These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ybet platform and all its services. When you create an account on ybet, log in, or use any service, you give your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

2.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ybet is ৳100 (for each payment method). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No deposit methods other than these four are accepted.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed and applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

2.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any fraudulent payment, chargeback, or unauthorized transaction is suspected, ybet may immediately suspend the relevant account and conduct an investigation.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 15x wagering, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, using bots or automated software, and any form of bonus manipulation are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

3.4 Promotion Changes

ybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms of any promotion or bonus at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

4.1 Validity of Bets

Only successfully confirmed bets will be considered valid. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will automatically be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

4.2 Fair Play Policy

ybet is committed to a fully fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined through impartial and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No match or game result is predetermined.

4.3 Suspicious Activity

Involvement in match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of fraudulent gaming activity will result in permanent account closure and all winnings may be forfeited.

4.4 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds or incorrect results are displayed due to a technical error, ybet reserves the right to void those bets or provide corrected results.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may permanently close your account at any time through the support team. Before closing your account, make sure all valid withdrawals have been completed and there are no outstanding bets.
